The first 100 days at work My first job after graduating from IIM Ahmedabad was as a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). I was part of a three-member team kick starting a global billion-dollar merger between an Indian company and a European one. It was quite a daunting experience for a 24-year old. However, thanks in large part to BCG’s training and grooming, and my own hard work, I was able to overcome the steep learning curve.
