Focusing on the role of collective bargaining in education or training industry, come the idea of collective bargaining in dimensions. The first one is bargaining on matters relating to education standards as required by the Ministry of Education and training sectors and the second one is regarding bargaining on the teachers or educationist standard affairs through the union environment.
